The ODIS™ platform includes a full suite of enabling technology to support financial, clinical and business needs:
• Financial forecasting and budgeting support
• Payment integrity auditing
• Health improvement programs
• Chronic care management support
• Member outreach initiatives
• Quality improvement activities
• Network management and P4P initiatives
• Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI)
• Bid support for CMS and state Medicaid filings
• Medical underwriting
All applications are fully integrated which means no disparate systems for data exchange and reconciliation. With the click of a mouse, HEDIS® clients can track how many members are compliant or excluded via ODIS WebMR™-HEDIS. They can even track why members are non-compliant (date early or late, value high, or no service found). And, customers can easily access completed non-compliant lists by numerator for further member outreach. For instance, customers can quickly create a list of all CDC members that are non-compliant for eye exams.
For risk adjustment, ODIS WebMR™-PIA is a member-centric view of the data. Clients can view scanned chart images along with all data collected for each member. Clients can filter on many variables – member ID, provider ID, HCC, and RxHCC, chart error code (for example, no provider signature).
Pended charts that are non-retrievable are fully disclosed via our interactive and secure Web-based tool, ODIS WebNR™, which only you have access to. You can review the detail behind all pended charts, and provide instructions without ever having to pick up the phone. You can release charts back to scheduling, drill down to view specific chart pursuits or simply terminate them.
ODIS ALERT™, our powerful analytical module, validates membership, detects members with potentially under-reported conditions, and identifies claims with unsubstantiated diagnoses. ODIS ALERT™ starts by processing data from multiple sources like claims and encounters, integrates it with information from the medical record abstraction process and seamlessly incorporates it into adaptive learning engines to close gaps in care for members with chronic conditions. Executive and operational dashboards provide valuable information for financial forecasting, provider network initiatives and clinical quality improvement activities.
