WANDA KOCHHAR, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Wanda Kochhar has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including financial and operations management, mergers and acquisitions; business development; healthcare reimbursement; and regulatory systems. She has extensive knowledge of the payer and point-of-care market segments, as well as home health, DME/RT, pharmacy, therapies and diagnostics.
Ms. Kochhar received her bachelor’s and master’s in business administration from the Hugh McColl School of Business at Queens College.
CHRIS YINDRA, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Chris Yindra has over 20 years of diversified expertise in technology infrastructure development, data analytics, and telecommunications. He has served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and was the owner of CY Associates, Inc. which provided consulting and training services. He has authored many published works for SAS National User Groups. At Nauset Software, Inc., Mr. Yindra developed and authored HEDIS® administrative software solutions.
Mr. Yindra received his bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Connecticut.
ANIL KOCHHAR, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Anil Kochhar has applied knowledge of information technology and operations management to the development of enterprise solutions for more than 30 years. Prior to Outcomes Health, Mr. Kochhar served as Chief Information Officer of worldwide engineering and operations in satellite communications, programming, and network management.
Joell Keim serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Outcomes Health and previously served as a member of the Outcomes Health Leadership Team from 2002-2010, in roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Client Services, Vice President of Business Development, and Reimbursement Solutions Division Manager. Prior to rejoining Outcomes Health, she was responsible for Client Services at naviHealth, Inc., a leading post acute care management organization. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Keim has served in executive leadership roles as Chief Clinical Advisor for private equity investment firms, Vice President of Risk Adjustment Analytics for WellCare Health Plans, Corporate Business Development and Strategy for Home Health Corporation of America (HHCA), and Pharmaceutical Sales and Network Development for Johnson and Johnson (Janssen Pharmaceutica).
Ms. Keim is a Registered Nurse (RN), AAPC-credentialed Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of South Florida (USF).
Joe Hafermann, joined Outcomes Health as interim CFO and brings over 25 years of experience in the health care and financial services industries. He first joined UnitedHealth Group in 2003, and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Medicare Advantage business, VP of Healthcare Economics, and most recently Executive Vice President of Product and Performance for Medicare Advantage. His previous work experience includes executive management of a medical device company, acquisitions and commercial banking, and healthcare consulting with Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Hafermann obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota.
RITA GOODWIN, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, AUDITING SERVICES
Rita Goodwin is responsible for all Clinical Operations, which includes all clinical review, abstraction and coding for Outcomes Health’s Payment Integrity Audit (PIA™) Division, Health Outcomes Studies (HOI™) and Health Advocacy Programs (HAP™). She is also responsible for our Clinical Advocacy Department that manages communication, work assignment, and training of all clinical staff as it relates to the medical record. Ms. Goodwin joined Outcomes Health with 14 years of clinical experience and has been with Outcomes Health since 2002.
Ms. Goodwin graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and is a certified registered nurse coder.
ROLLAND HO, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MEDICARE ADVANTAGE
Rolland Ho leads the development of services and tools that support the changing needs of Medicare Advantage plans responding to new incentives for delivering quality healthcare, increased pressure on plan reimbursement benchmarks, and looming minimum medical loss ratio requirements.
Prior to joining Outcomes Health, Mr. Ho served as Vice President of Medical Economics at Arcadian Health Plan (a 60k+ member Medicare Advantage focused plan) where he was responsible for Medicare risk adjustment operations, Medicare cost trending and analytics and Medicare bid development. In addition, Mr. Ho has previously served as a Market Director at WellCare Health Plans managing a team of bilingual Medicare and Medicaid sales representatives in New York, building a local office within the New York City Asian community, and working with key provider and IPA partners to drive rapid enrollment growth.
Mr. Ho graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University with an AB in Economics and obtained his Master in Business Administration from Stanford University.
BILL WADE, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CHART RETRIEVAL OPERATIONS
Bill Wade joined Outcomes Health in January 2013 as Senior Vice President of Chart Retrieval Operations, bringing over 25 years of supply chain and people leadership experience. Prior to joining Outcomes, Bill served as Vice President of Logistics and Asset Recovery for CHEP, USA; a leading supply chain equipment provider. Bill has an extensive background in developing supply chain solutions, process improvements, systems implementation, distribution, logistics programs and capacity planning, and creating and sustaining business relationships with customers. He also has a demonstrated ability building teams and creating business partnerships to drive improved performance, new concepts and organizational engagement.
Mr. Wade received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Union College.
KELLY MONICAL, PRESIDENT, SENIORCARE
As one of the founding members of Outcomes Health, Ms. Monical has worked in various capacities to help establish the company as the market leader. Among other positions, she has led the Client Services Division, held the Vice President of Operations position, and has led the Business Process Improvement Team to evaluate the efficiency of critical technologies and business processes. She is currently responsible for the development and deployment of new solutions and new business operations at our Georgia office.
Ms. Monical earned her undergraduate degree from Sweet Briar College and her JD from Willamette University School of Law.
